Supply of Fresh and Dry Food Items for Social Welfare Institutes and Shelter Homes Mardan 2026-27

The Social Welfare, Special Education and Women Empowerment Department, District Mardan, invites bids for the supply of fresh and dry food items on a daily basis for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is intended for the inmates of various institutes and centers, including the Rehabilitation Center for Drug Addicts, Darul Kafala, Govt Institute for Visually Impaired Children, Darul Aman, Hostel Special Education Complex, and Panagah Mardan. The contract will cover the daily food requirements of these institutions, ensuring a consistent and quality supply throughout the year. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority, possess valid FBR NTN and STRN, and be listed as Active Taxpayers. A minimum of two years of relevant experience and submission of CDR amounting to PKR 1,500,000 is mandatory. Bank statements and audit reports for the last three years are required. Bids must be submitted online via the E-PAD Portal by 31st August 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day. All documents must be signed and stamped. Tip: Ensure your bid includes all required supporting documents, especially the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority License, as incomplete submissions will be rejected without review.
