Procurement of Forest Plants and Fencing Material for 500 Hectares Plantation

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department, Peshawar Forest Division at Nowshera, invites bids from reputed and experienced nursery growers or owners registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax. The procurement is for forest plants and fencing material to support raising a 500 hectares block plantation under the Urban and Peri Urban Eco-system Restoration and Plantation interventions of the Peshawar City Revitalization Plan. Items being procured: - Forest Small Size Plants (490,500 plants) - Forest Large Size Plants (47,000 plants) - Fencing Material including 13,000 Kg barbed wire and 8,000 wooden fencing poles This procurement covers supply of plants and fencing materials suitable for large scale plantation across 500 hectares. The scope includes nursery-grown plants and durable fencing supplies to ensure effective plantation protection and growth. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Seed Certification and Registration Department and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 with relevant horticulture codes. Experience of similar contracts with government or international organizations over the last three years is mandatory, supported by work orders or completion certificates. The tender follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS. Bidders must register on the EPADS portal before submitting bids. Original 2% CDR of the total bid price must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Divisional Forest Officer, Peshawar Forest Division Nowshera, before the closing date. All federal and provincial duties and taxes including KPRA taxes apply. The last date for electronic bid submission is 31st July 2026 by 2:00 PM, with bid opening at 2:30 PM the same day. Bids must be signed and stamped by authorized persons before uploading. Any overwriting or incomplete proposals will be rejected.
