Tender Description
Horticulture Agency Faisalabad invites contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27 to participate in an open E-Tendering process through the newly introduced E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login. The procurement involves two frame work contracts for annual repair, maintenance, rehabilitation, and electrical/mechanical works of different parks and green belts in Faisalabad.
Items being procured:
- Frame Work Contract for Annual Repair / Maintenance / Rehabilitation of Different Parks & Green Belts of HA, Faisalabad
- Frame Work Contract for Annual Electrical / Mechanical Works of Different Parks & Green Belts of HA, Faisalabad
The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance works along with electrical and mechanical services for the parks and green belts under the Horticulture Agency Faisalabad. Contractors must work out and fill the amount against each item and indicate the total bid amount. Financial bids are to be treated as incomplete if not fully filled as per PPRA Circular No. L&M(PPRA) 10-1/2011/008595 dated 11.10.2024. Bids must be electronically uploaded by 10.09.2026 at 10:00 AM after reviewing the Bill of Quantities available on the E-Procurement website. The rates quoted by contractors will be downloaded and announced on the same date at 10:30 AM in the office of Deputy Director Engineering, Horticulture Agency Faisalabad.
Eligibility requires registration with PEC for the financial year 2026-27. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement System; physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted. The lowest successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee of 10% of the bid amount within 15 days of issuance of the letter.
The tender closing date is **30 June 2027**. Interested bidders can obtain the tender notice and upload their rates through the E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without justification.
