Frame Work Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines, Surgical Disposable Items, Vaccines & Sera for THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang City

The Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Level Government City Hospital Jhang City invites E-bids from eligible bidders and pharmacies (only pharmacies having Drug Sale License on Form 9 (Pharmacy) for supply of medicines, surgical disposables (medical devices), vaccines & sera by way of day to day local purchase and day to day items for Sr. No. 1 for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Medicines - Surgical Disposable Items (Medical Devices) - Vaccines & Sera Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage - Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to date). Eligible bidders are requested to upload TECHNICAL PROPOSAL & FINANCIAL PROPOSAL at the E-Procurement portal of Punjab. Bid Security @ 2% of total estimated price must be submitted on Punjab e-Procurement System electronically through designated bank guarantee/bid security of Punjab (BOP) in accordance with latest guidelines prescribed by Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instrument (CDR) / Pay Order / Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee etc. will be accepted. All bids should be submitted through Online E-Procurement portal. All documents should contain proper page marking, attached in sequence and each page must be signed and stamped by authorized person. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend on the closing date in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang City. Bidders are requested to give their best and final offer/prices as no negotiations are expected. In case the date of opening or last date of submission is declared a public holiday by the government or non-working day, the next official working day shall be deemed the date of submission and opening of tenders accordingly. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and bidding documents.
