Supply of Medicines for Pakistan Mint Lahore

Pakistan Mint Lahore invites e-Bids from eligible bidders for the supply of medicines. Items being procured: - Medicines Bidders must submit electronic bids only through EPADS V2.0; manual bids will not be accepted. The tender documents contain detailed instructions, terms, and conditions and can be downloaded from https://pa.epads.gov.pk/login. All bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of FBR. A sealed Bid Security in the form of CDR, Banker Cheque, or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, favoring the Director General Pakistan Mint Lahore, must be submitted before the bid closing time, or bids will be rejected as non-responsive. The supplier must clearly mention the brand or make of the items. Additionally, one set of filled hard copy bidding documents must be submitted to Pakistan Mint before the bid closing time. Tender opening will be public on the closing date and time at Pakistan Mint Lahore. Conditional bids, partial or incomplete documents, and bids without original bid security will be rejected. The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 45. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the electronic submission process and ensure all required documents and bid securities are complete and original to avoid disqualification.
