The District Head Quarters Hospital M. B. Din, District Mandi Bahauddin invites sealed bids through E-P (E-procurement System) from eligible bidders, Manufacturers, authorized Sales & Service Dealers/Suppliers/Firms for the supply of below mentioned items/services for financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Frame work contract for purchase of X-Ray Films & Radiology Accessories - Frame work contract for purchase of Miscellaneous & General Store Items - Frame work contract for purchase of Dental Items - Frame work contract for purchase of Printing Materials - Frame work contract for purchase of Stationary Items - Frame work contract for procurement of Laundry & other Services Each package requires separate bidding conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended). Eligible E-P registered bidders may download bidding documents from the E procurement System or Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Sealed bids must be uploaded on E-P on or before 10:30 a.m. dated 29-10-2026. A Bid Security of 3% of the estimated cost in form of CDR/Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan must be delivered to the procuring agency before closing date and time. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders' representatives at 11:30 am on the same date (29-10-2026) in the Office of The Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Mandi Bahauddin.
