Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery and General Items

The Defence Industrial Production and Regulatory Authority Directorate General Munitions Production Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed and well-established registered firms or suppliers registered with any Defence Organization and Sales Tax Department. The procurement is for Stationery Items, Computer Stationery, and General Store Items on a rate running contract basis for one year, up to 30 June 2027. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - General Store Items Separate sealed tenders for each category must be submitted with rates offered. Tender documents and terms and conditions can be obtained from the DGMP office Rawalpindi upon payment of Rs. 1000 (non-refundable) during working days up to 30 October 2026. Bidders must submit a Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft of Rs. 50,000 as Earnest Money in favor of DGMP. This earnest money is refundable for unsuccessful bidders and will be retained for successful bidders until delivery and completion of contract. Any bid without earnest money will be rejected. Tenders must be received in the CR Section of DGMP office Rawalpindi by 12 November 2026 at 11:30 AM. Opening of tenders will be on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. DGMP reserves the right to increase or decrease tender quantity and to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. Bidders should ensure their registration with FBR and Defence Organizations and prepare their bids with complete documentation and earnest money to avoid disqualification. Timely submission and presence at tender opening are crucial for participation.
