Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, General Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments and have relevant experience and financial capacity. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Two Envelope) as per PPRA Rules-2014. The Punjab e-Procurement System portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) will be used for bid submission and response time calculation. Bids must be submitted on or before 20.08.2026 at 11:00 am and will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the office of the Regional Officer, Crime Control Department DG Khan Region. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot is required and must be submitted online through PSID. Successful bidders will provide a performance guarantee of 2% of the total cost in the form of a bank guarantee.
