Frame Work Contract for Purchase of Stationery, Printing, Computer Stationery and Transport Repair for Financial Year 2026-27

Welfare & Finance Punjab, Lahore invites annual tender proposals for a frame work contract for the financial year 2026-27 (up to 30.06.2027) through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The contract covers purchase and supply of the following items: - Purchase of Stationery Items (A03901) with estimated cost Rs. 800,000 - Printing & Publication Items (A03902) with estimated cost Rs. 700,000 - Computer Stationery (A03955) with estimated cost Rs. 700,000 - Other Items (A03970-001) with estimated cost Rs. 700,000 - Transport Repair (A13001) with estimated cost Rs. 2,000,000 The total estimated cost is Rs. 4,900,000. Bidders must be well-reputed and financially sound firms with previous experience in the specified field and duly registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. Bidding documents detailing terms, conditions, specifications, and evaluation criteria are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System before the closing date of 06.10.2026. The technical proposal will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. Technical bids will be accepted after completion of all codal formalities, and financial bids will be accepted on the lowest rates basis. Bid security of 3% of each head of account must be submitted online before the deadline. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in line with PPRA rules 2014.
