Frame Work Contract for X-Ray & CT-Scan Films and Repair & Maintenance of Solar Panel System for Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital Gujrat

Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital Gujrat invites E-bids for the Financial Year 2026-2027 from firms having established credentials in terms of technical, financial and managerial capabilities for the following items: Items being procured: - Frame Work Contract X-Ray & CT-scan films (re-tender 1) for financial year 2026-27 - Repair & Maintenance and Complete Functionality of Solar Panel System for financial year 2026-27 The procurement will be conducted through open tender as per instructions of the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department Government of Punjab Lahore and PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Bidding documents with estimated prices can be downloaded online from the PPRA website and E-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement system only. The scope includes supply of X-Ray and CT-scan films and repair and maintenance services to ensure complete functionality of the solar panel system at the hospital site in Gujrat. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each item. The successful bidders will be required to sign the contract and furnish a 5% performance guarantee in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, bank draft, or pay order in the name of Medical Superintendent, Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat.
