Supply of Medical Equipment for Peshawar Institute of Cardiology

Peshawar Institute of Cardiology (PIC), a Medical Teaching Institution under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department, invites eligible bidders to submit e-bids via EPADS for the supply of specialized medical equipment to enhance cardiac care facilities in Peshawar. This procurement aims to support research and treatment in the public sector cardiac institute. Items being procured: - Ultrasound Machine - Portable Ultrasound Machine - Cardiac Monitors (5 Parameter) - Cardiac Monitors (7 Parameter) - Transport Patient Monitor - Defibrillator Machine (For Paeds ICU) - Dynamap Machine Portable with Stand - ECG Machine (12 Channel) - Blood Warmer - Blood Shaker - Pharmaceutical Refrigerators Double Door - Medication Fridge Small - Biological Refrigerators Single Door The technical scope includes supply of advanced diagnostic and monitoring devices suitable for cardiac care units, including pediatric ICU equipment and refrigeration units for pharmaceuticals and biological materials. Bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). EPADS registration is mandatory. A bid security of 3% of the total bid value is required, payable to Hospital Director Peshawar Institute of Cardiology. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for October 29th, 2026 at 10:00 AM (PST) at the Manager Material Management office, 1st Floor, OPD Building, PIC. Bidders are encouraged to attend. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by November 12th, 2026 at 10:30 AM (PST). Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM (PST). Ensure the scanned copy of the Bid Security is attached with the bid submission. For successful bidding, ensure all mandatory documents are uploaded on EPADS and comply strictly with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
