Supply of Hematology Analyzer For Laboratory

Cantonment Board Peshawar invites electronic bids from well reputed firms, suppliers, and manufacturers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for a Hematology Analyzer for laboratory use. Items being procured: - Hematology Analyzer For Laboratory (Qty: 01 No) The financial bidding will be conducted online through the PPRA EPAD system. Tender forms and BOQ can be filled online and downloaded from the PPRA EPAD website. All bidders must have valid GST, NTN, and STRN registrations. A 5% bid security in the form of an original call deposit receipt from a scheduled bank must be submitted sealed in an envelope before the closing date and time. The tender will be cast electronically on 10 November 2026 at 1100 hours and opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional and tenders without call deposit will not be entertained. The Cantonment Board reserves the right to demand analysis of quoted rates to verify reasonability and workability. Rates shall remain valid until completion of work with no escalation allowed. Government taxes will be deducted as per rules. Cantonment Board Peshawar will not supply any material or machinery to contractors. The Cantonment Executive Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of their bids through the EPAD system and maintain all required registrations and bid securities to avoid disqualification.
