Frame Work Contract for Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A)

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore invites bids from professionally and financially sound and well reputed hospitals and medical institutes registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and with Health Department and FBR (NTN) for a frame work contracting of three years under PP Rules-2014. The contract covers one branch situated within the jurisdiction of each lot (Town wise) covering Lahore Town's jurisdiction, conveniently accessible to WASA patients. Items being procured: - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) at Allama Iqbal Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) at Gunj Baksh Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) at Nishtar Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) at Gulberg Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) at Ravi Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) at Shalamar Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) at Jubilee Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) at Wagha Town - Provision of Medical Facility to WASA Employees (Category-A) at Aziz Bhatti Town The contract requires bidders to provide comprehensive medical services to WASA employees in the specified towns. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and have valid NTN and Health Department registration. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under PP Rules-2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority regulations. Eligibility criteria include financial soundness, technical capability, and compliance with bid security requirements. The digital bid security/e-Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs. 1,000,000/- in favor of WASA Lahore is mandatory and must be verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids. Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 14-09-2026 before 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. No hard copies will be accepted. Bids will remain valid for 120 days. If the last date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered. Also, strictly follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and submit bids timely to avoid rejection.
