Framework Agreement for Supply of Medicines to Wapda Fortified Dispensary Barotha

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) Fortified Dispensary Barotha invites sealed bids from eligible local chemists and pharmacies for a subsequent closed framework agreement. This agreement is for the on-demand supply of medicines and disposables on a daily basis to entitled patients through green slips. The procurement is specifically for the WAPDA Fortified Dispensary located in Barotha, Attock. Items being procured: - Local Purchase medicines supplied daily on green slips The scope includes supplying medicines and disposables as per daily demand for the entitled patients at the dispensary. Bidders must hold a valid drug sale license and be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN and STRN. The bidding process is open to all local applicants who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. Bidding documents can be obtained from the WAPDA Fortified Dispensary Barotha during office hours from 08:00 am to 03:00 pm upon payment of Rs. 1000/- as a non-refundable fee via pay order or bank draft in favor of the Lady Medical Officer Incharge. The last date for submission of bids is 21st September 2026 by 11:00 am. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of participants at the office of the Lady Medical Officer Incharge. The contract will be valid for one year. Incomplete, conditional, or late bids will not be entertained. WAPDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Public Procurement Rules.
