Framework Agreement for Provision of Support Staff for Punjab Institute of Land Management (PILM) Lahore

The Punjab Institute of Land Management (PILM) Lahore invites sealed bids for a Framework Agreement for the provision of support staff for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is under the Single Stage Single Envelope Didding Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. The items being procured include: - Security Guards (05 posts) with a monthly salary of Rs. 20,000 plus Rs. 10,000 bid security - Drivers (05 posts) with a monthly salary of Rs. 48,000 plus Rs. 12,100 bid security - Cook (02 posts) with a monthly salary of Rs. 20,000 plus Rs. 4,000 bid security - Sweeper (04 posts) with a monthly salary of Rs. 40,000 plus Rs. 8,000 bid security - Mali (02 posts) with a monthly salary of Rs. 40,000 plus Rs. 4,000 bid security The bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and Punjab Sales Tax Authorities and comply with all relevant PPRA and government rules. The bid security is 5% of the estimated tender price and must be submitted through the E-Procurement System. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA e-Procurement portal. The contract duration is up to 30th June 2027, with the delivery of support staff starting from 1st July 2026. The staff will be deployed at the Punjab Institute of Land Management, Lahore.
