Hiring of Firm for Provision of Support Staff Services for Program Management Unit Punjab Development Program

Punjab Development Program (PDP) invites reputed firms, companies, or sole proprietors registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, SECP etc., having relevant experience for provision of services for the Program Management Unit (PMU). Items being procured: - Hiring of Firm for Provision of Services of Support Staff for Program Management Unit (PMU-PDP), Punjab Development Program The contract period is for 11 months, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and program requirements. The procurement will be executed through a Framework Contract on an as-and-when-required basis, governed by unit rates quoted by the successful bidder. Bidders must submit a Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 1,378,157/-) in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Pakistan or from a foreign bank counter-guaranteed by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. All bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by uploading a PDF file. Technical and Financial Bids will be received through the portal. Bidders must quote rates against each staff category and completely fill the financial bid form. Incomplete bids will be declared non-responsive. The tender will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder after correction of arithmetical errors. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. The bids will be valid for 120 days. If the last date of bid submission falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered. The bid submission deadline is **19th November 2026 at 11:00 AM** with technical bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid disruption or errors.
