Tender Description
Social Security Hospital Manga Raiwind Road Lahore invites bids via E-Procurement for the financial year 2026-2027. The hospital seeks to establish a framework contract for the supply of Blood Bank Items. Items being procured:

The procurement will follow PPRA Rules-2014 with Punjab E-Procurement Systems regulations under Single Stage-Two Envelopes Procedure. Bidders must be financially sound, income tax/sales tax registered, and registered with Punjab E-Procurement Systems/PPRA Punjab. Interested firms, manufacturers, or authorized distributors can download the e-bidding documents from the Punjab E-Procurement portal and PPRA website. All bids including Bid Security (2% of estimated price) must be submitted electronically on the Punjab E-Procurement System. The quoted price must include all applicable government taxes.
The technical bid opening is scheduled for 29th September 2026 at 09:45 AM, with bid submission deadline at 09:15 AM the same day. In case of a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. The procurement process may be cancelled as per PPRA rules. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all instructions to avoid disqualification.
