Framework Contract for Supply of Blood Bank Items FY 2026-27

Social Security Hospital Manga Raiwind Road Lahore invites bids via E-Procurement for the financial year 2026-2027. All bids including Bid Security (2% of estimated price) must be submitted electronically on the Punjab E-Procurement System. The quoted price must include all applicable government taxes. The technical bid opening is scheduled for 29th September 2026 at 09:45 AM, with bid submission deadline at 09:15 AM the same day. In case of a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. The procurement process may be cancelled as per PPRA rules.
