Tender Description
The Health and Population Department of Punjab invites bids for a comprehensive framework contract to support the Community Empowerment and Strengthening of Healthcare Access through Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic in Lahore. This tender covers multiple service and supply areas essential for rural ambulance and health clinic operations across Punjab.
Items being procured:
- Hiring of firms for provision of Call Response Centre Services for Rural Ambulance Service Program
- Hiring of firms for provision of Call Centre Services for Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic/Maryam Nawaz Hospital
- Procurement of Equipment, Supplies, Consumables, RDTs etc. for Community Health Interventions (CHIs)
- Procurement of Contraceptives
- Procurement of IT Equipment, Office Stationary, Computer Stationary, Utilities, Electric Items, MEPC Services, General Store and Other Items
- Hiring of firms for provision of Warehousing and Transportation Services for distribution of equipment, consumables, supplies etc. to MNHC/MNH/DHA/CHI etc. across Punjab
The scope includes supply and service delivery for medical and office equipment, contraceptives, IT and stationery items, electric utilities, and logistics support for warehousing and transportation. The contract is on a framework basis, allowing multiple firms to be hired for these critical healthcare support functions. The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, and comply with PEC categories as applicable. Experience in healthcare-related supply and service contracts will be advantageous. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee of 1% of the estimated value is required, payable to the Program Director, Project Implementation Unit, Community Empowerment and Strengthening of Healthcare Access through Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic Punjab.
The last date and time for submission of tenders is **22 July 2026 at 11:00 AM**, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
