Qatar Charity office in Pakistan invites applications for a Framework Contract valid for one year from recognized hospitals specializing in cleft lip and palate surgeries. This contract aims to support treatment of cleft lip and palate disease as described in the Request for Application (RFA). Items being procured: - Framework contract for cleft lip and palate disease treatment services The scope includes provision of specialized surgical services for cleft lip and palate patients across Pakistan. Interested hospitals must have relevant expertise and capacity to deliver these medical services. Eligibility requires recognized hospital status with proven experience in cleft lip and palate surgeries. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals electronically via QR codes provided in the RFA. Hard copies will not be accepted. Complete proposals must be submitted by 24th August 2026 at 17:00 PST during official working hours.
