Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the upgradation of Avaya Servers and Media Gateways and migration of existing licenses. Items being procured: - Upgradation of Avaya Servers - Upgradation of Media Gateways - Migration of Existing Licenses The technical scope includes upgrading the current Avaya telecommunication infrastructure to enhance performance and reliability, along with migrating all existing licenses to the new system. This work is critical for maintaining uninterrupted communication services within PSO. Eligible bidders must have relevant experience in Avaya systems and be registered on the SAP Ariba portal. Bidders should ensure they meet all technical and financial criteria and submit their bids through the SAP Ariba portal only. Key dates include bid document collection from 2026-10-30 to 2026-11-10 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. Bid submission deadline is 2026-11-10 till 02:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 2026-11-10 at 03:00 PM onwards. The commercial bid opening date and time will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders only.
