Framework Contract for Supply of Drugs, Medicines, Surgical Disposables and Equipment for Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Arifwala

The Medical Superintendent of Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Arifwala invites sealed bids from financially sound firms/agencies registered with sales tax and income tax departments and experienced in running institutional Pharmacy businesses or holding Drug sale licenses. The procurement is for the financial year 2026-2027 and covers supply of drugs, medicines, surgical disposables, and related items for the hospital in Arifwala, Punjab. Items being procured: - Frame work tender for procurement of local purchase of medicine day to day, bulk, emergency, calamities, SSP (Sehat Sholat Program), deserving (Zakat) patients of social welfare, health insurance card or any subsequent program (if granted by department) for the year 2026-27 - Supply & installation of hematology analyzer on reagent rental basis (RRB) - Bio medical gases - General store items - Bio medical, non-biomedical & IT equipments - Fresenius dialysis machines maintenance service & parts - Pathology 1&3 and blood bank items - Radiology items - supply and installation of dry pix printer for CR system on rental basis + supply and installation of inkjet printer on rental basis - Dental items - Stationary items - Printing items The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must register on https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and submit bids electronically. The bidding will follow the Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted by 21.09.2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation.
