Tender Description
The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mufti Mahmood Memorial Teaching Hospital in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring a framework contract for general items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the hospital's operational efficiency and service delivery by sourcing a variety of essential goods and services. The scope includes electrical items, bedding and clothing, stationery, printing items, contingent items, building-related construction and repair maintenance, repair of machinery and spare parts, IT accessories, and other miscellaneous items. These categories cover a broad range of materials and services necessary for the hospital's daily functions and infrastructure upkeep.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers, or general order suppliers registered with the Income/Sales Tax and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidders should be prepared to submit earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of PKR 200,000 for each category they intend to bid on. The bidding process follows the Single Stage, One Envelope procedure under KP-PPRA Rules 2014. All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by 15th May 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day.
A key practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on the EPADS platform to obtain a unique user ID and password well before the submission deadline. Additionally, bidders must upload scanned copies of their bids along with all mandatory documents and the original bid security physically submitted in the name of MTI MMM TH D.I.Khan.
