National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the Installation of Furniture at UG & PG Labs Store at MDS Lab NIASR. Items being procured: - Adjustable height MS racks (Powder coated) Rack 6'x8' (LxH) with 4 rows, 14 1 each 2' high, supplied with wheels - Three step ladder/platform made of heavy-duty aluminium or powder-coated steel, foldable, with anti-slip wide steps and secure locking mechanism, quantity 2 - Cupboards with glass, 3 door (6' x 3' x 1'-6"), quantity 2 - Lab Grade Refrigerator (500 Liters or more), quantity 1 - Lab grade Freezer (-20° C; 500 Liter or more), quantity 1 The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying the required equipment according to specifications, installing at the designated location, and ensuring full functionality including staff training if required. The scope covers furniture installation at the UG & PG Labs Store at MDS Lab NIASR in Rawalpindi. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with relevant authorities, tax compliance, and submission of bid security at 2% of total bid cost in the form of CDR/DD or Pay Order. Joint ventures must submit a valid JV agreement. Payment will be made after satisfactory delivery, installation, and commissioning with no advance payment. Imported items require additional documentation such as Manufacturer Authorization, CE Mark Certificate, ISO certification, Certificate of Origin, and Performance Guarantee.
