Tender Description
Govt. Mian Munshi DHQ Teaching Hospital Lahore invites eligible bidders to participate in a framework contract for the provision of internet services for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). The hospital seeks to establish a reliable internet service contract to support its operations and communications.

The bidding process follows the Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Firms that submit bids may attend the tender opening at the hospital's conference room. The contract is valid for one financial year 2026-2027, with possible extension on the same terms and conditions at the discretion of the procuring agency.
