Provision of Janitorial Services for Regional Office and Consumer Service Center

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd (SNGPL) invites bids from well-reputed companies or firms for providing janitorial services at its Regional Office and Consumer Service Center located at 6-D, Model Town A, Bahawalpur. Interested bidders can obtain tender documents along with terms and conditions from the PPRA EPADS portal by paying a non-refundable tender printing fee of Rs 2,500 via Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of SNGPL. Bids submitted without the tender printing fee will not be accepted. Items being procured: - Janitorial services for Regional Office - Janitorial services for Consumer Service Center The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure. Technical bids will be publicly opened at 1530 hrs on 06-11-2026. Earnest money amounting to Rs 210,000 must be deposited with all sealed quotations in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order favoring SNGPL. Only bids uploaded through PPRA EPADS login IDs will be accepted. Tender documents must be submitted in a hard copy with inner and outer envelopes clearly marked 'CONFIDENTIAL' and 'TENDER FOR PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICES TENDER ENQUIRY NO. ADMIN: BWP/2026-27-Janit' to the Executive Admin Officer, SNGPL Regional Office, 6-D, Model Town A, Bahawalpur on or before 06-11-2026 at 1500 hrs.
