The Tehsil Head Quarters Hospital Hazro, District Attock invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, Manufacturers, authorized Sales & Service Dealers for the supply of below mentioned items for financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Frame work Contract for Day to Day Local Purchase and Emergency Purchase Of Medicine & Surgical/Disposable Items/UHI Medicines - Frame work contract for purchase of Miscellaneous, General Store Items & Dental Items This procurement involves supply contracts for medicines, surgical and disposable items, UHI medicines, and general store and dental items for the hospital. The procurement will be conducted through E PROCUREMENT PUNJAB under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Bidders must be registered on the E PROCUREMENT PUNJAB portal and comply with all bidding requirements including submission of Technical and Financial Proposals. Bids must be submitted online on or before 05-10-2026 by 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Separate bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Two Envelope) procedure. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque. Bids must be accompanied by all required documents and submitted via the E PROCUREMENT PUNJAB portal and also delivered to the hospital office. Eligibility includes valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with all terms and conditions as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority.
