Framework Contract For Local Purchase Of Medicines Surgical And Disposables For The Year 2026-27

The Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Kahuta, under the Government of Punjab, is inviting bids for a framework contract for the local purchase of medicines, surgical items, and disposables for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at ensuring a steady supply of essential pharmaceutical and surgical consumables to support hospital operations in Kahuta. Items being procured: - Medicines from multinational companies - National companies medicines - Disposable and surgical items The procurement scope includes supply of drugs, medicines, surgical and disposable items for local purchase. The contract will be awarded based on maximum discount from retail price through an open competitive bidding process conducted as a single stage-two envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (latest amended). Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit their bids online. Bidders must have a valid retail drug sale license Category A, NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, and must upload these documents on the e-Procurement portal. Bid security of 2% of the estimated budget must be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for 180 days. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Medical Superintendent's office on the closing date. The estimated cost of this tender is bold PKR 6,000,000 bold.
