Purchase of Furniture for Lahore Zoo

Lahore Zoo invites sealed bids through the e-Procurement System under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPRA Rules) for the purchase of furniture. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities such as Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and PRA. The bidding documents containing detailed information, terms, and conditions can be downloaded from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Items being procured: - Furniture (quantity: L.S) Bids must be submitted/uploaded electronically through the e-Procurement System on or before 08-09-2026 at 11:00 AM as per PPRA Rules. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order issued by Bank of Punjab must accompany all bids. The bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders may attend the bid opening meeting at the office of the Director, Lahore Zoo, Lahore. If the submission/closing date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the bid opening day. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Director, Lahore Zoo, Lahore, Mall Road, Lahore, seven days before the closing date between 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Bid validity is 90 days after submission. The Procuring Agency/Director reserves the right to reject all bids or scrap the bidding process at any time before contract award under PPRA Laws.
