Tender Description

The Government of the Punjab Enhancing Delivery and Government Efficiency (EDGE) Wing, Lahore, invites registered companies, firms, and suppliers to submit financial bids for a framework contract covering various lot-wise items for the financial year 2026-27. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on **08.09.2026** through the Punjab e-procurement system under a single stage two envelope procedure. The framework contract will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. Items being procured: - Stationery Items (A03901) - Printing and Publication Items (A03902) - Cost of other Store Items (A03942) - Computer Stationery Items (A03955) - Other Items (A03970) - Entertainment & Gifts (A06301) - Purchase of Furniture & Fixture (A09701) - Purchase of Plant & Machinery (A09601) - Purchase of Hardware (A09201) - Purchase IT Equipment (A09203) The scope includes supply of stationery, printing materials, furniture, plant and machinery, hardware, and IT equipment as per the specified lot numbers. Bidders must provide bid security as per the amounts listed for each lot, not less than 5% of the estimated amount, in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST registration, FBR/ATL registration, and proof of authorized dealership for the items. Firms must be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Acceptance of terms and conditions in the framework contract documents duly signed and stamped is mandatory. Bidders are advised to download bidding documents from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website or the Punjab e-procurement system. Electronic bid submission is required via the Punjab e-procurement portal well before the deadline. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
