Framework Contract for Supply of Printing and Stationery Items for Social Security Hospital Manga Raiwind Road Lahore for Financial Year 2026-27

Social Security Hospital Manga Raiwind Road Lahore invites bids through E-Procurement Systems from manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, authorized distributors, and registered firms with E-Procurement Systems PPRA for the supply of printing and stationery items for the financial year 2026-2027. Eligible bidders must have active Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, established technical, financial, and managerial capabilities, and must not be blacklisted by PPRA or SSH Manga Raiwind Road Lahore. Items being procured: - Printing items - Stationery items Interested bidders can download the e-bidding documents along with detailed specifications and instructions from the date of publication via PPRA, SSH Manga Raiwind Road Lahore websites, and E-Procurement Systems. The bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage – Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Bidders must submit 2% bid security through PSID generated by E-Procurement systems and provide samples of quoted products. Bids must be submitted in the office before the closing date and time and uploaded on the E-Procurement Systems by 23-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Procurement will be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and E-Procurement System regulations. The tender may be cancelled at any stage as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with all technical and financial requirements to avoid disqualification.
