Framework Contract for Procurement of Stationary Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The Punjab Judicial Academy Lahore invites electronic bids through the e-Procurement System Punjab for a framework contract for the procurement of stationary items for the financial year 2026-27 (up till 30.06.2027). The procurement is for stationary items on an item-wise basis with an estimated amount of Rs. 2,612,000 and a bid security of 5% of the estimated amount is required. Items being procured: - Stationary Items (item-wise as per framework contract) Bids must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System Punjab portal at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk. All bids must be accompanied by an electronic bid security of 5% of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order. The bid security must be sent to the email address addl.admin@pja.gov.pk before the closing time of bid submission. The bidding documents are immediately available after the date of publication. The Punjab Judicial Academy will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation or submission of bids. The lowest evaluated bidder will be determined on the basis of quoted rates for each item. The contract will be valid until 30.06.2027. The bid submission deadline is **31 August 2026 at 01:00 PM** and bid opening will be on the same day at 01:30 PM. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
