Tender Description
The Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites eligible bidders to participate in a framework contract for the procurement of a wide range of goods for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically issued by the Health & Population Department located at 1-Birdwood Road, Lahore, Punjab. Bidders must submit their bids online via the Punjab E-Procurement System and physically submit the bid security in the office of the Section Officer (General) at the department's address. The bidding documents and detailed specifications are available free of cost on the websites of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and the Health & Population Department.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and ATL, and must comply with all bidding document requirements. Experience in supplying similar goods to government departments will be advantageous. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
