The Government of the Punjab Services & General Administration Department (Cabinet Wing) invites E-bids for a framework contract for procurement of various items in Lahore. Bidders must submit E-bids separately for each lot. The scope covers supply of the above items as per requirement, with a total estimated cost of Rs. 84.3 Million. Bidders must provide an E-bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost for each lot. The security must be in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee; CDRs or Demand Drafts are not accepted. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. The deadline for submission is 3rd September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Mandatory submission of CDR copy, attested affidavit, and samples of all goods is required by 3rd September 2026 at 11:30 AM.
