Tender Description
The National Police Foundation Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of furniture under contract reference P143388 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. The procurement includes a comprehensive list of room furnishings to be delivered and installed at the National Police Academy, H-11, Islamabad. Items being procured:
- Queen size beds (Qty 126)
- Bedside tables (Qty 252)
- Sofas (Qty 252)
- Coffee tables (Qty 126)
- Revolving chairs (Qty 126)
- Room cabinets (wardrobes) (Qty 126)
- Media wall entertainment centers (Qty 126)
- Designer curtains (Qty 126)
- Queen size spring mattresses (Qty 126)
- Wall paintings (Qty 252)
- Planters (Qty 126)
- Rugs (Qty 126)
- Side lamps (Qty 378)
- Wall clocks (Qty 126)
All items come with a 2-year warranty and must be delivered within 20 days of contract award. The technical specifications include high-quality materials such as imported Turkish leatherette upholstery, solid wood structures, and approved designs by the engineer. Installation and transportation services are also part of the contract scope. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration, FBR/NTN registration, and security clearance to work inside police lines. Bid security of PKR 3,000,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 12:00 PM on October 22, 2026, with the original bid security physically submitted to the National Police Foundation office in Mauve Area G-10/4, Islamabad. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions are not accepted.
