Punjab Socio Economic Registry (PSER), Government of the Punjab, Lahore invites electronic bids for the procurement of stationery, computer stationery, printing & publications, cost of other stores, other store items, entertainment and gift charges for the financial year 2026-27. This framework contract covers multiple categories essential for office and administrative operations. Items being procured: - Stationery (Estimated Amount: Rs. 5,500,000) - Computer Stationery (Rs. 7,000,000) - Printing & Publications (Rs. 6,700,000) - Cost of Other Stores (Rs. 7,000,000) - Other Store Items (Rs. 7,500,000) - Entertainment & Gift Charges (Rs. 8,000,000) The procurement will be conducted under PPRA Rule 38 (2)(a) using a single stage two envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order service providers engaged in relevant trading with valid registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The contract duration is until 30th June 2027. Earnest money (bid security) amounts vary per lot, ranging from Rs. 275,000 to Rs. 400,000. Bidders should ensure timely submission well before the deadline of 14th November 2026 at 1100 hours.
