Tender Description
The City Police Officer, Gujranwala invites e-procurement bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 31.12.2021) from well-reputed and financially sound registered firms with valid Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax registrations. The procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 (up to 30-06-2027) and covers a wide range of items and repair services required by the police department in Gujranwala.

The technical scope includes supply and repair services for machinery, furniture, transport, and building maintenance as per estimates from the Building Department. The contract is a framework type, ensuring continuous supply and repair services throughout the financial year. Bidders must provide a 3% Earnest Money in the form of CDR of the total lot value. The successful bidders will also deposit 10% of the total cost of store as Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR and Punjab Sales Tax Departments, have previous experience in similar supplies and services, and comply with all tax and regulatory requirements. Bidding will be conducted through e-procurement on the Punjab e-procurement portal.
The last date for bid submission is 29th July 2026 by 11:00 AM, with opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bids will be examined during office hours by the constituted committee. All rates must include GST/PST and remain valid until 30th June 2027.
