The Islamabad Club in Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids for the procurement of diesel generators under tender reference P122752. This procurement covers the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of diesel generators with a delivery schedule of 90 days. Items being procured: - 200 KVA Diesel Generator Set (Prime Power Rating) with fuel tank capacity over 200 liters, electronic governor, AVR, sound and dust proof canopy - 150 KVA Diesel Generator Set (Prime Power Rating) with similar specifications - Earth system installation near generator foundation with resistance less than 1 ohm - 3000 liter capacity 5mm MS fuel tank with pumps, sight glasses, and fuel piping - Supply and laying of 150 mm2 aluminum cable in GI cable tray - Supply and laying of 70 mm2 aluminum earth cable in UPVC conduit - Supply and laying of 2.5 mm2 control wire from generator to ATS in PVC conduit - Operation charges for one operator cum mechanic for 36 months for routine maintenance The technical scope includes delivery and installation at Islamabad Club Cricket Grounds, ensuring full functionality with testing and commissioning. The equipment must be new, sourced through legal channels with all applicable duties and taxes paid. Warranty of minimum one year is required with free replacement of defective parts during defect liability period. Bidders must have 10-15 years relevant experience, valid NTN and GST registration, be on FBR Active Taxpayers List, and not blacklisted. Authorized dealership or OEM partnership with valid authorization letter is mandatory. A 24/7 service center with qualified personnel in Islamabad is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by October 6, 2026, 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline. Technical bids will be evaluated on a 60% technical and 40% financial basis with a minimum 70% technical score required to qualify for financial bid opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
