Framework Contract for Stationery, Computer Stationery, Printing & Publications, Other Store Items and Entertainment & Gift Charges

Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) under the Government of Punjab invites electronic bids for the procurement of stationery, computer stationery, printing & publications, cost of other stores, other store items, and entertainment and gift charges for the financial year 2026-27. This framework contract covers a wide range of items essential for the department's operational needs in Lahore. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - Printing & Publications - Cost of Others Stores - Other Store Items - Entertainment & Gift Charges The procurement will be conducted under rule 38 (2) (a) of PPRA-2014 using a single stage two envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments and must submit their bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, duly completed, signed, and stamped. The deadline for submission is 14th November 2026 at 1100 hours, with bid opening at 1130 hours on the same day. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. Incomplete, unsigned, or late bids will not be considered. Eligibility requires firms, companies, sole proprietors, or service providers to have valid registration and tax documentation. Bid security amounts vary per lot, ranging from PKR 275,000 to PKR 400,000. The contract duration for all lots is until 30th June 2027.
