Procurement and Implementation of Server Security Including Email and Web Security - Hybrid Proxy Solution

Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL) invites bids for the procurement and implementation of an integrated Server Security solution including Email and Web Security via a Hybrid Proxy Solution in Islamabad. This procurement covers comprehensive services including delivery, installation, configuration, integration, and ongoing support for a period of three years, extendable up to five years. Items being procured: - Server Security licenses (600 units) - Email Security Gateway licenses (1,050 users) - Web Security Hybrid Proxy licenses (500 users) - Professional services including resident engineer support for implementation, installation, configuration, and training - Maintenance and support services for three years The scope includes on-premises deployment with centralized web-based management, support for Windows, Linux, and AIX platforms, intrusion prevention, anti-malware, firewall, application control, device control, email gateway with sandboxing, and hybrid proxy web security with zero trust principles. The solution must provide advanced threat detection, data loss prevention, bandwidth control, and integration with identity and access management systems. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered entities in Pakistan with at least five years in business, active taxpayer status, minimum three years of relevant experience, audited financials showing Rs. 50 million revenue over three years, and direct partnership with the principal supplier. Bidders must provide expert technical resources and demonstrate prior successful implementations. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 13 November 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bid security in the form of a pay order must be submitted physically to PRAL's office in Islamabad. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM.
