Bidders must be registered with FBR, SRB, and relevant Chambers of Commerce, and must submit bid security of 5% of the estimated cost. The procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure under Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (amended). Bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS by 11:00 AM on 17-11-2026.
