Framework Contract for Procurement of Surgical & Disposable Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Kot Addu invites e-bids from eligible manufacturers and distributors holding a valid Drugs Sales License and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for the procurement of dialysis surgical and disposable items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding method under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with applicable procurement rules. Items being procured: - Framework Contract Dialyzer 1.8 m2 (Adult) - Framework Contract Blood Tubing Set - Framework Contract AVF Fistula Needle - Framework Contract Bicarbonate Solution Base (A+B) - Framework Contract Injection Heparin Sodium - Framework Contract Injection Erythropoictin - Framework Contract Dia safe Filter (Dialysis Machine) - Framework Contract Disinfectant Solution (Dialysis Machine) The scope includes supply of high-quality surgical and disposable dialysis items to support patient care at THQ Hospital Kot Addu. Bidders must submit a Bid Security equivalent to 2.0% of the estimated procurement value electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments such as CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Bidders are requested to submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. The deadline for submission is 20th October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent. Taxes and Stamp Duty will be deducted as per government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) will govern the procurement process. The bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal and the PPRA website.
