Framework Contract for Procurement of Thalassemia Medicine and Blood Grouping Anti Sera

The Institute of Blood Transfusion Services Punjab Lahore, located inside Mental Hospital off Jail Road Lahore, invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for procurement of thalassemia medicines and blood grouping anti sera under a framework contract for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Tab. Deferasirox (100mg) 25,000 Tablets - Tab. Deferasirox (250mg) 25,000 Tablets - Tab. Deferasirox (500mg) 60,000 Tablets - Tab. Defeprione (500mg) 20,000 Tablets - Blood Grouping Anti Sera (A, B & D) 13,000 Sets The procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding using a single stage two envelope procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids separately online. The bidding documents contain detailed specifications, quantities, terms, and conditions. The bid validity period and bid security amounts are as per the bidding documents. Bids will be opened on 7th September 2026 at 10:30 AM Punjab e-Procurement System.
