Procurement of I.T Equipment for Directorate of Elementary and Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar

The Directorate of Elementary and Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar invites bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) from well-reputed manufacturers, firms, or their authorized dealers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax authorities, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority for the procurement of I.T Equipment including Computers, Laptops, Scanners, Printers, and Solid State Drives (SSD). Items being procured: - Computers - Laptops - Scanners - Printers - Solid State Drives (SSD) The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the E-PADS portal before or on 29/10/2026 at 02:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the Committee Room of the Directorate. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15/10/2026 at 10:30 AM at the same venue. Bidders must be registered with FBR and KP Revenue Authority and provide a Bid Security of 2% of the total quoted bid value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Rates should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees on Freight on Road/Free on Road basis inclusive of all applicable taxes, valid up to 30th June 2027.
