The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Renala Khurd invites e-procurement bids from well reputed companies, firms, and authorized distributors registered with NTN and GST (where applicable) for framework contracts under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for Bio-Medical Gases (Estimated Cost Rs.7,000,000/-) - Framework Contract of Pathology Kits & Lab Items (Estimated Cost Rs.32,000,000/-) - Framework Contract of X-Ray Films & Cassettes (Estimated Cost Rs.18,000,000/-) - Framework Contract of Printing Material (Estimated Cost Rs.1,000,000/-) - Framework Contract of Stationery Items (Estimated Cost Rs.7,000,000/-) - Framework Contract of General Store Items, Bio-Medical & Non-Bio-Medical Equipment (Estimated Cost Rs.5,000,000/-) - Framework Contract of IT Equipment & Accessories (Estimated Cost Rs.15,000,000/-) The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement system. Bidders must register as suppliers on http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx to participate and access bidding documents. Bidding documents contain detailed terms and conditions and can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement portal or PPRA website. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank valid for 180 days. The bid security must be uploaded or submitted with the bid. The last date for submission of bids is 05th November 2026 by 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening meeting. The bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must quote rates for all items in any lot they participate in; partial bids will be rejected. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
