Tender Description
Gujranwala Teaching Hospital, located in Gujranwala, is inviting bids through the Punjab E-Procurement system for the financial year 2026-2027. This notice covers a wide range of framework contracts for supply of goods and services essential for hospital operations. The hospital seeks firms with established technical, financial, and managerial credentials to participate in this competitive process.

Each contract will be awarded based on the technical and financial evaluation of bids submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement portal. The scope includes supply and, where applicable, installation or repair of the listed items for the hospital's operational needs. Quantities and detailed specifications are provided in the bidding documents, which can be downloaded from the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites.
Bidders must submit a bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price for each item, in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Gujranwala Teaching Hospital. Both technical and financial offers must be uploaded online before the deadline. Only firms registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List are eligible. Successful bidders will be required to sign a contract and provide a 5% performance guarantee.
The last date for submission is 24-08-2026 at 10:00 AM, with bids opening the same day at 10:30 AM. A practical tip: ensure your bid security is uploaded and submitted in hard copy before the deadline, as non-compliance will result in immediate rejection.
