Procurement of Latest AI PC Desktop Computers for University of Gujrat

The University of Gujrat invites eligible Companies, Firms, or Sole Proprietors to submit their applications on prescribed format for procurement of the latest AI PC desktop computers for the University of Gujrat for the financial year 2026-27 as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Latest AI PC desktop computers The procurement includes submission of relevant information and required documents for providing the supply of IT items. The complete set of Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) in English and Urdu can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement website https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk as well as from the University website https://uog.edu.pk/tenders. The procurement application must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk till 23 October 2026 at 02:00 PM. The PQD will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the Admin Block, University of Gujrat. Bids security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and when applicable under the system and in the manner prescribed by it. Where electronic submission is mandated, no physical financial instrument including a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order (PO), or Bank Guarantee shall be accepted. Only Bid Security submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System shall be considered valid. Eligibility includes PEC category and FBR/ATL registration as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. All pages must be signed and stamped by the applicant. Incomplete or unfilled/vague pre-qualification documents will not be entertained. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the instructions and submit their bids before the deadline.
