Tender Description
Gujranwala Teaching Hospital invites online bids through the Punjab E-Procurement system for the Financial Year 2026-2027 from firms with established technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. The procurement involves framework contracts for the following items:
- General store items
- Medical gases
- CT Scan, MRI and X-ray films
- Dental items
- Stationery items
- Linen items
- Waste and infection control items
- Bio-medical accessories
- Pathology items
- IT equipment
- Repairing of IT equipment
The bidding documents containing detailed specifications, quantities, and terms can be downloaded free of cost from https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-Procurement portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. All procurements will be conducted electronically under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement system in a single stage, two-envelope procedure as per amended PPRA Rules 2014.
Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated price of quoted items. The hard copy of the bid security must be submitted before the closing time and a scanned copy uploaded online. Successful bidders must furnish a 5% performance guarantee in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, bank draft, or pay order in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Gujranwala Teaching Hospital.
The last date for bid submission is **24-08-2026 at 10:00 AM** and bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Late submissions or bids without proper security will be rejected. All federal and provincial taxes apply and must be included in the offered rates.
