Framework Contracts for Medicines, X-Ray Films, Printing, and General Store at THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang

The Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Level Government City Hospital Jhang City, District Jhang, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of medicines, surgical disposables (medical devices), vaccines, sera, X-Ray films, laboratory and blood bank supplies, printing and stationery items, and general store items including dental and medical gases for the financial year 2026-27. Only pharmacies holding a Drug Sale License on Form 9 (Pharmacy) are eligible to participate for medicines and related items. Items being procured: - Frame work contract for local purchase of medicines, surgical disposable items (medical devices), vaccines & sera for THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang City - Framework contract for purchase of X-Ray films, laboratory and blood bank supplies - Framework contract for purchase of printing & stationery items - Framework contract for purchase of general store, dental items & medical gases Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage - Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended). Bidders must submit separate envelopes marked as 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL' and 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' clearly indicating the Tender Ref. No. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Procurement Officer at THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang until the closing date. Sealed bids must be delivered to the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang on or before 11:00 AM on 24-09-2026. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost separate for each category in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank in Pakistan is mandatory. All bids should be submitted online on Epads and must contain proper page marking, signatures, and stamping of each page. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives on the closing date at the office of the Medical Superintendent. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules and NTN, STRN, and active tax payer proof must be provided.
