Procurement of Fresh Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC)

**Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL)** invites sealed electronic bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of fresh Ordinary Portland Cement for its Charsadda operations under Tender Enquiry No. FCS/NSR/TE/021/26 and contract reference P80638. The procurement is funded from the financial year 2026-27 allocation and will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection. Mandatory item list: Item 1, Cement Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC), fresh batch, quantity 820 bags, unit bag. Each bag must weigh 50 kg and the supply must include loading, unloading and stacking. Delivery is required within 15 days after receipt of the purchase order at SNGPL Charsadda Camp, Near Mardan Road, Near 1122 Office, Charsadda. The material must be brand new, conform to the stated technical specifications and be replaced without charge if found substandard or defective, including after acceptance. Eligible bidders may be individual suppliers, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private limited companies or public limited companies, subject to the specified registration and qualification requirements. Bidders must provide FBR NTN and GSTN documentation where applicable, a Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2026-27, sales references and evidence of relevant past experience. The bidding documents require a bid security in the prescribed form, such as pay order, banker cheque, call deposit or demand draft, or a compliant bid securing declaration. The exact security amount is defined in the bidding document. Bids must be prepared in English and submitted online through EPADS v2.0 only. Manual bids will not be entertained. The original bid security must be delivered to the Procurement Officer at Capital Spread Camp, Near Tajo Bibi Girls College, Railway Street, Nowshehra Road, Charsadda before the deadline.
