Procurement of Acetylene Gas and Oxygen Gas Cylinders by SNGPL in Mandra

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Acetylene Gas and Oxygen Gas cylinders to be delivered at SNGPL Project Camp, Joriyan Stop, Near Mureed Phatak, Main Chakwal Road, Mandra, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender number FCS/MDR/TE/033/26 with contract reference P125245. Items being procured: - Acetylene Gas in Cylinders, Quantity: 800 cubic meters - Oxygen Gas in Cylinders Type O/A, Quantity: 1000 cubic meters The Acetylene Gas must have a purity assay between 98.0% to 99.5% by volume with specified limits on impurities such as sulphur and phosphorus compounds. Cylinders must meet safety standards including fusible plugs and specific internal filling pressures. The Oxygen Gas must have a minimum purity of 99.5% by volume, with moisture content below -54°C dew point, and cylinders forged from seamless chrome-molybdenum steel with safety relief devices. Suppliers are responsible for provision and collection of empty cylinders from SNGPL stores. Bidders must quote brand name and country of origin for the gases. Delivery is required within 15 days after placement of purchase order. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform, with bids submitted electronically. Original bid security must be submitted physically at the SNGPL Project Camp in Mandra before the deadline. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, professional tax clearance certificate for 2026-27, and compliance with all bidding document requirements. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
